Copa America Centenario
Tens of thousands of fans are expected at Camping World Stadium to see Costa Rica take on Paraguay in the Copa America Centenario, which is being hosted outside of South America for the first time. DeLand Watermelon Festival
Just as the weather’s heating up, cool off with this summer favorite at the Volusia County Fairgrounds. What started in 1991 as an unofficial single day visit to the Magic Kingdom has turned into a multi-day event attracting vacationers from across the U.S. to Central Florida. ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic
The Mandatory World Tour: The best-selling comedy recording artist in history starts the second leg of his world tour at The Mahaffey Theater on Friday night, June 3. St. Pete Grilled Cheese Festival
More than 20 food and dessert trucks will be on hand at Ferg’s Sports Bar near Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, 1320 Central Ave., for this celebration of grilled gooey deliciousness. Live music courtesy of the Black Honkeys and Shevonne and the Bad Boyz will fill the air along with smell of food, and proceeds will benefit Wheels 4 Purple Hearts. When: starts at 11 a.m. Sunday.
